Speaking as a conservative writer/producer in Hollywood, I'm in meetings everyday where the politics of actors are openly disgusted. Like Tom Selleck said, "I know I've never gotten a job because of my politics".

Patricia Heaton no longer stars in “Everybody Loves Raymond.” That show is disbanded. Does the author know that? Heaton currently stars in “The Middle.”

I think she looks terrific. The women I know who’ve been surgically “enhanced” have a certain artificial quality that tends to be revealed by practical applications of Newtonian physics.

I lost count of how many times liberals in Hollywood who play conservative characters claim that they are professionals and won't let their personal views taint or caricature their portrayals.

It's too bad they don't feel the same way about conservative actors.

I don’t know, 35 years ago as a kid growing up with my dad at Paramount people seemed nicer and not as uptight as they are today.
I personally feel there’s way too much idol worship with these people, I drown in a sea of egos every day. The beautiful process of movie making has taken a creative hit because of it and it sucks.

Could be just that the producers have seen her remake of “The Goodbye Girl” and just want no part of her. Let’s face it, she’s not a great talent.
