When Virginia police went to the home of Shannon and Brian Gore, it was to serve a warrant in a burglary investigation. However, what they found in the singlewide trailer was quite disturbing.
According to a WTKR News video released Wednesday, the 6-year-old daughter of the couple was found caged and eating flakes of her own skin. The parents claimed the child caused too much turmoil in the home and suffered from cerebral palsy and Down’s Syndrome.
There is disagreement between the Gores as too how long the girl has been caged. He says since last summer, she says for two months.
The child was taken to the hospital described as emaciated and is in ‘guarded’ condition.
And that’s not all…
As police continued their investigation, they found a gruesome discovery: the remains of a child buried beneath a shed. The identity of this child has yet to be determined.

I live in Norfolk and this is the biggest story (other than Osama) on the local news all week. The man stated that the child had been kept there since last summer, the woman said a couple of weeks only.
I am not to judge, and everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but..........
These two need to FRY.

The local paper here, the Daily Press described the girl as she was taken away... though she’s 5 years old, she’s so small and emaciated, she fit into the crook of the officer’s arm. I just can’t wrap my mind around how people could do this to any child, let alone their own.

I’m sorry; forgive me; but, there are times when I believe courts SHOULD be able to impose forced sterilization.
Yes, I know: “reform and rehabilitation” is always “possible”. Sorry, the risks are not worth it.
