Herman Cain is one of the few out there actually saying the truth instead of trying to be PC. It is still early, as hardly none have declared, but it seems that those running the GOP are preparing to give us a rino or to discredited the tea party and the candidates they will support. They are sharpening their claws.

A big fraction of the country’s elite is afraid to use words like “marxist” either because they don’t want to be compared to Joe McCarthy or because it hasn’t quite registered with them yet that their country and their way of life is under threat because of people like Obama.

Surprise. Bradley Blakeman, another hack Bush II administration guy. When are these losers going to shut up and go away. This guy is a POS. If the Tea Party is so dangerous, why do the RINO's take every opportunity to co opt them?

Trump is not what you call a "hard core Republican party activists" ~ he's much more like a guy who had Republican inclinations but he wasn't a party man ~ and he says as much.

However, he makes his money in America, and this Obama and his running dog lackeys are making that harder and harder to do.

Trump, and others like him, the small bit players in the multibillionaires club, see their wealth disappearing in front of them. He's a construction guy and he knows first hand that Obama has killed the construction industry. He can walk outside and see the empty skies and parked bulldozers.

He sounds remarkably like a NEW CONVERT ~ and a True Believer to boot.

He has said he's willing to bite the bullet and devote what is probably the rest of his life to rescuing America from the Democrats, the Obamistas, the Commies who travel along with them, and all the smarmy smarmbots and toadlickers who see strange visions and demand we give them all our money.

The problem with Trump is he doesn't really know the Republican troops in the field and probably imagines they are like the Democrats he's had to deal with in New York.

That's where things break down. Sure, he's got the fire; probably even the beliefs; but without extensive party contacts who's he going to pop into the patronage jobs?

That's where the rubber hits the rugs in the corporate offices, and you bring those guys in it'll be like another Nixon ~ but far less informed about Republican and TEA Party positions.

Rather than attack Trump, I think we need to GET TO TRUMP NOW ~ he might win and he's sure not going to work well with the people who tried to dump him. At the same time we need to GET TO SARAH NOW, GET TO MICHELLE NOW, GET TO whoever ~ . The proposal we cut all these top level folks out of our councils and counsels is not wise.

Trump has WAY more in common with Reagan than Sarah Palin, Palin is a cheerleader. But I do want to thank you for this comment: “Trump is Entertaining, but I’d never vote for him!” gwilhelm56 as it will help me to illustrate who the real spoilers are in this election when folks start accusing Donald Trump of being a Ross Perot who is only running to split the vote.As a matter of fact, I suspect I’ll be referring back to this thread and to your comment many times in the near future.

A little highjacking would be good for the GOP.

By leftists and RINO pros. Because they go along to admit: Among Republicans polled however, 50 percent view her favorably.

OK, so what's your plan to ensure that only republicans will vote in the upcoming presidential election?

Hopefully, highly qualified, successful people instead of the usual retread party hacks.

Donald Trump and the Tea Party Are Hijacking the Republican Party

No. Rather, Hillary, has Donald Trump trying to hijack and split the Tea Party movement as Perot 2, because the Tea Party movement is overthrowing the the Republican Party, because the Republican Party is RINO, and the RINOs provide the sabotaging, backstabbing, traitorous candidates the Rats (in general) and Hillary (in particular) need to run against (like, for example, John McCain) in order to win - and can't win without (as the Tea Party movement well knows).

Hey, Bradley, try to win without us!

I am not going to vote for another turkey who looks, sounds and acts like a democrat!

The GOP doesn't want to make any concessions at all to the conservative base, and I'm tired of making concessions to liberals!.

Bradley A. Blakeman served as deputy assistant to President George W. Bush from 2001-04. He is currently a professor of Politics and Public Policy at Georgetown University and often writes for Fox News Opinion.

What would we expect from a Bush alumnus but a condemnation of anything movement that threatens the Republican elite and the Beltway mentality.

“We have idiots running the GOP.”

We do. They need to resolve their cranial-rectal issues and get solidly behind Sarah Palin.

I believe she’s taken a bit of a break from the public eye so she can remake her image in the coming months. Based on this poll, she should easily win the Republican nomination.

The hard part will be overcoming the ceaselessly nasty and biased press coverage - however if anyone has ever had the courage, common sense and leadership to do it, I’m convinced it’s Sarah. She will most likely come out with all guns blazing! (For the morons out there - that is to be taken metaphorically, not literally.)

Palin ‘12!!!

“Trump has WAY more in common with Reagan than Sarah Palin, Palin is a cheerleader.”

You sir, are delusional.

Palin has bone-deep conservative principles that put Trump to shame.

Trump is not a serious candidate, several of his positions are jokes that will never be implemented. For instance, “taking” the Iraqi oil fields, or slapping a 25% tariff on Chinese goods. If he were to win the primary, he would be heavily vulnerable on several fronts in the general. I hope he has the sense to not run and just remain vocal on 0’s many shortcomings.

Palin ‘12!
