President Obama and the first family attended Easter services at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. As the mainstream press made sure to point out, this church was founded in 1863 by freed slaves.
MSNBC proclaimed:

I can no longer view blacks the way I had for most of my life. The rats have overplayed the race card and most blacks apparently fully support this evil lie to benefit themselves. I will rejoice in the day that we rid our nation of these radical blacks who have imposed their own laws on us. May God strike these people down with His mighty hand!

I’m sure there will be plenty of publicity about this church and his attendance so let’s see how he or his henchmen react to the criticism! Does he pick a church like this just for the attention?
Probably most of us here grew up and have lived our lives knowing people who only attended church on Easter or Christmas and they weren’t held in very high regard. Same here with obozo! What’s to like? I, for one haven’t found anything yet.
Any ‘church’ that hates Israel doesn’t have anything to do with the church that the Lord God Almighty instituted through Jesus the Christ. They obviously haven’t read the entire Bible. As for Obama, he should read Joel 3:2 and see what happens when he helps DIVIDE God’s land.

Gosh, I’m so glad. For a long time, it seemed that the First Family was uncomfortable with the churches in the DC area. Hence their absence from Sunday services.
But now it seems that Barry and Michelle have found a church just like the one they left in Chicago, where they can be themselves and fit right in. Lord be praised.
Try to find a church that isn’t anti-Israel. I knew the game was up when they started to call Judea “Palestine”.

At least that is my impression. How many Christian churches are there in Israel?
There are certainly a few that I went to when I went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The Annunciation Basilica in Nazareth, the Church of the Transfiguration on Mount Tabor. Of course there are also several churches in the Old City of Jerusalem, which is currently controlled by Israel.
Nothing has or will change that.
Gods covenants are irrevocable.

Paul speaks of gentiles being grafted in. Not being a whole new plant.
In many churches, you will find a dedicated group of leftists who want to push the church in their ideological direction.
