No mystery here. Obama and his minions have committed constitutional electoral fraud. Let's pray that once this despot has been removed from office, the country may heal. After Watergate and the Clinton impeachment, we survived as a country. However, this assault on the very foundation of the republic is truly unprecedented.

Had the GOP and GOP Media been acting like conservatives and supported their base when questions first came up about Obama’s questionable eligibility....Obama would have been out of office by now...or seriously neutralized that none of his agenda would have passed

Anyone who refuses to take the Obama Eligibility seriously is just helping Obama. I am tired of it, and will be working to correct this.

I don’t think he will try to put the case to bed. He needs the birther distraction so nobody will pay atention to all the other horrible shi’ite that he is doing.

What are we going to do with the 41% who strongly approve of the job Obama is doing? Thats what scares me to death.

Conservatives fail to analyze what Obi gains. He has calculated.

I guess that his calculations are:
1. Resources spent on the BC are not available for other issues. So long as attention and money go for the birth certificate, they reduce attention on healthcare insurance and tax reform. Obi counts this as a plus.

2. Obi calculates that no matter what he releases will be attacked as fraudulent. Whatever the chain of custody from the “original”, it will be discounted. Every imaginable conspiracy, using the CIA and FBI, will be invoked. Obi is probably right in this calculation.

3. Obi calculates that no court, not SCOTUS, will ever rule against a sitting President as the leader of the country. SCOTUS is constrained by Art 2, Sec. 4 in the Constitution. And even in the Nixon era, as I have read, there was never a 2/3 vote for impeachment. Obi surely calculates this correctly.

4. Obi calculates that Art. IV, Sec 1—the full faith and credit paragraph in the Constitution—will assure that whatever document that Hawaii releases has to be accepted. Obi is no friend of States Rights. IMHO, court cases about this will erode states rights. Obi calculates this as a plus.

Maybe there are other benefits that Obi gains?

The only way to win on the BC issue is to make his calculations come false.

Only thing I suggest is we let him go to 2012 and then force him to run on his record.

He’ll be gone by January 2013.

The birther movement can bite him around the ankles but attack his record first.
