Trump slams Rove! Carl Rove called Trump's candidacy a "joke" among many other disparaging remarks about him. But Trump, in his inimitable way, gave it right back. Who really is Rove? He's the "architect" who encouraged George Bush to spend like a liberal Democrat and pursue his amnesty for illegal aliens agenda to pander to the Hispanic vote. He caustically stated that Palin was too much a lightweight for national office. His counsel made Bush so unpopular that he alienated not only the conservative GOP base but the Independents, thus helping Obama win the presidency. Fox has Rove as a commentator and treats his words as though he were the Oracle of Delphi. He's just a RINO hack who's really an Obama-lite.

The anti-Trump FReepers will be relieved it's anyone but Trump. The other RINO candidates Romney, Huckabee, et al are already drawing a lot of negative vibes from potential voters. Maybe McCain can go stump for them......
There's far too much to be learned about each potential candidate and their viewpoints, but after Obama, it's going to be difficult to trust anything any of them says because we know all of them will say anything to get elected and then pull an "obama" on us.

As a FL resident I can state that Jeb did a few good things as governor but he is an illegal-alien-amnesty and open-borders proponent that makes brother George look like Sheriff Joe Arpaio! We conservatives in FL are suffering from Bush fatigue.

Good point. As Rush has said, being compassionate isn’t a Nanny State that promotes welfare dependence but true compassion gives people the opportunity to seek independence and self-reliance in our free-market system. That alone gives people real self-respect and makes them contributors rather than consumers on the public dole.
Rove is the one who, while New Orleans' streets turned into canals, was off in San Diego pontificating about Social Security. Rove is the one who, in the last few precious days before the 2000 election, sent Bush to solid blue California instead of swing state Florida. Rove is the one who told Tancredo never to darken the door of the White House.

I agree. In one way Trump reminds me of a candidate for mayor of NYC years ago. His campaign platform? “No More Bullshit!”
Right! Many in the media keep yapping about a “Certificate of Live Birth.” That means NOTHING and, as Trump has said, you can’t even use that worthless thing to get a driver’s license in some states! There is NO reason the President of the United States can’t ORDER the release of a legitimate birth certificate. IF it exists or, as Trump has suggested, unless it says something Obama doesn’t want the public to see.
