It appears to me that the legislation that is in process in Arizona will do the opposite of what various news reports have characterized the bill to accomplish. Of course, America is only his mother’s country. Barry’s “alleged” biological father’s country was Kenya. The current wording of that Arizona bill could be interpreted as making a child born to only one American parent a “natural born” United States citizen. Note the bill’s language as follows: “A person who is born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States is a natural born United States citizen.”
That’s what I figured. The bill is garbage that basically ignores the Constitutional requirement to be NBC and essentially creates a bunch more loopholes out of easily forged documents.
The bill uses the same language and document requirements as someone who applies for a US passport. This is not a flawed bill. Obama would have to present his long form birth certificate or other document listed. The fix is in.
