Schumer said he has fought this regulation because the intent of Congress in these regulations was meant to apply to toxic substances and companies like ExxonMobil and BP, and to oil, not a dairy farm and milk.
I would love to see the correspondence of New York dairies to Schumer threatening to twist his nuts off if he didn't oppose this.

LOL a nuring mother can have a simular problem if she cannot get home at feeding time...milk comes in no matter where you are once your on schedule...I know from experience in getting into an accident in the KMart parking lot, sitting in the back of a police car....Not fun....:O(
