New Hampshire is likely to be the next state to pass Constitutional Carry. Wisconsin already has open carry, though with silly restrictions. You have to have the gun unloaded in a car, and in a case that is not on your person. You cannot have the gun within 1,000 feet of a school unless it is unloaded and encased. But still, Wisconsin has a strong open carry movement, and the state is going to get a much better carry legal environment in the next few months.

I hope WI gets it right, and soon! They missed a perfect opportunity to pass Constitutional Carry when the fleebaggers were out of town. Can always follow up with some sort permitting law (phooey!) for reciprocity. You’re right about the goofy carry laws here. They need to get tossed out. The DNR is going to have fits. Oh, darn....

I know there’s much doom and gloom, especially with a communist in the White House, but could anyone have honestly predicted this 15-20 years ago? Liberty is coming IN SPITE of the national suicide liberals are attempting, as well as years of indoctrination.
The Founders knew what they were doing.

We’ve had Constitutional Carry in Arizona for three weeks short of a year now. And my goodness, no one has been walking around and shooting people accidentally.

This is awesome news. The states are reasserting
their God-given sovereignty. They sucked on the
Federal teat until they finally had to admit that
the milk is rancid and poisonous.

Liberals HATE this sort of thing because it proves their stupid and childish ideas about things are completely wrong. They said if people could carry guns then there would be dead people everywhere, people shooting each other at traffic lights and in the malls.
Seems the States that have done this are doing just fine.

Even the expatriates over in the People’s Republic of Illinois are seeing hope that the Evil Empire in America (EEA) will fall, and the Constitution would be respected.

Momentum is still building- the gaps are filling in!
Some supposed this was a short-lived “grass roots” movement that would extinguish itself like burning a leaf pile.
It’s more like a prairie fire being whipped up by a sustained wind...

It is quite inspiring to think that perhaps the founding fathers foresaw this. Are the citizens getting prepared for something to come?

What I’d like to see is a list of States that have passed laws saying, “In a declared emergency, you can’t take the guns away from the population”.
I don’t want to have a repeat of NO during Katrina.

You’re by no means alone in noticing that the Wisconsin GOP
legislators did nothing to remove RKBA infringements.
