If there is any risk of Obama's fraudulent eligibility being exposed for all to see I don't think he can avoid stepping down for an unrelated reason like health. Otherwise every piece of legislation and all appointments this usurper has signed will become null and void. Not to mention all the co-conspirators and enablers in the ruling elite who would go down with him. And of course the threats of civil unrest.
obama will release a “document “ that been altered to look like he was born in Hawaii. this is only a distraction fron the fact that he is not a natural born citizen.
He can fulfill that requirement simply by presenting the live, paper version of those JPEGs he and FactCheck.org released in 2008. If the respective secretaries of state choose to reject that document, the burden will be on them to prove it's invalid. Or the courts will just order him placed on the ballot.
However, it's likely that, come 2012, he'll be in such bad odor with the American people that the only secretary of state that will matter will be the one replacing him on the ballot after he loses the primary.
That's only relevant to the discussion if (a) she truly has a CoLB issued by Hawaii and (b) said certificate asserts she was born in Hawaii instead of Indonesia. More than likely, if such a document exists at all, it says she was born in Jakarta on such and such a date and time to Stanley Ann Dunham and Lolo Soetoro.

I would love for someone to stand up at one of his news conferences and ask him outright why he’s keeping all of these documents under wraps. Some journalists we have.
It has never been shown that Maya has a COLB. But it has been shown that the papers in the Factcheck/Obama HQ photos are forgeries based on the Daily KOS image.

The citizenship of his father is not in question. His legal birth father is Obama Sr. And Obama Sr. was a subject of the British Crown. This makes Obama a subject of British Crown. To this day he has not renounced that status and remains a subject of the British Crown.
We do not need a BC to establish this. What is need to establish that he is NOT a subject of the British Crown is this document:

This is a misnomer. Maya DOES NOT have a HI COLB. SAD would have to have had an established permanent residence in HI no more than one year prior to Maya’s birth and provided evidence of such. I have examined over 1200 pages of HI HDoH UIPA requests/responses, some of which were for Maya’s birth index data. All HDoH responses were “no records exist that are responsive to your request.” Even if she did, the COLB would have listed her birthplace as Jakarta, Indonesia.
Even if he was born in HI, did our President apply to any colleges as a foreigner?? Did our President ever check the box marked NO next to the question “Are you an American citizen?” This alone would disqualify him from running again.
If I ever met him face to face, I would shake his hand, pull him close, and tell him his a POS scumbag.
