Madison Demonstrators crowded the Capitol in a wild scene after senators passed a budget-repair bill in a hastily called meeting Wednesday night that outraged protesters and Democratic legislators.
Protesters yelled slogans and blew whistles as the Capitol took on the intensity and passion that marked the early days of the protests.
Protesters demanded to be let inside, and in one scene at the southeastern entrance of the Capitol, scores of protesters pressed against the door as two-dozen police pushed them back.
One protester got partly inside the door and was dragged in by the State Patrol.
Outside, protesters chanted "Let us in," banged drums and blew horns in protest and threw snowballs at windows of the Capitol.
Inside, they yelled "You lied to Wisconsin," and "Kill the Bill."
Matt Gallo, 50, of Madison, a private school teacher, protested the Republicans' quick vote. He stood about 20 feet from the doors of the Senate as pandemonium erupted around him.
"I think it's Machiavellian," he shouted.

Wonder if Gretta will have this...on video
I believe they supported what happened in Egypt as a “democracy movement” because they knew it was coming to America next.
Watched CNN and it was all as if only the demonstrators matter. Elliot Spitzer encouraged them to unleash anger and that maybe the Assembly will be frightened from voting for this.
I sure hope the REPUBLICANS are taking notes.
This is the TRUE Democrat Party. For them, democracy is only acceptable as a form of government as long as they have their power (or have toothless Republicans carry their water). Once they see things go against them, then it’s LITERALLY revolution time. Storming the CAPITOL is not something that is done when when all sides respect the democratic process, it is only done when one side wants to impose tyranny or dictatorship.
It is up to Republicans, THROUGHOUT THE NATION, to take notes, and maybe, finally, understand who these, sub-human, BEASTS really are, and what they want.
Only then will we be able to oppose them effectively.
Spoken like a true, dumbass liberal. But, but, but, I thought it was "draconian".
One more state busts the unions chops - and this is the BIG ONE.
We’re winning.

This is what he has been programmed for, worked for, all his adult life.
this and the increasing number of states that are doing this have just punched a lethal hole in that bubble - one more nail...
Gang bangers doing what they do best. The teachers among them should be expelled.
And after that is done, require that all past dues collected in compulsory agency fee arrangements be refunded upon employees' requests. Call it the "return of stolen property" bill.
Professional malcontents.
For them, it’s only democracy when Democrats win.
msnbc has some effete from “the nation” saying the recall the republican movement was just supercharged
