The Rio Conference and Globull Warming were an attempt at a pivot by international Communists led by Canadian Communist Maurice Strong, even as Soviet Communism was being humiliated and judged, to re-establish a programme for their march to global dictatorship.
Strong took the environmental strap-on module of the old Communist platform and retooled it as a whole new platform, with the old calls for centralized everything buried inside.
Now they're being desroyed by Danish and Russian astrophysicists using solar data and earth temperature data.
Eventually, the ice will return, but the nearest date would appear to be about 600 years away yet, and that's a loosey-goosey estimate based on curve-correlation with the last interglacial.
We are in the latter stages of our interglacial, so we can expect further gradual cooling (with spikes and dips) and desiccation of the atmosphere until temperatures crash completely (and very suddenly -- like, five to ten years from interglacial to pleniglacial temperature regimes).
