The attack came as the bus sat outside Terminal 2 at the airport, according to Frankfurt police spokesman Manfred Fuellhardt. The bus driver and a passenger were killed, and one person suffered serious wounds and another light injuries, he said.
A source tells Fox News that the shooter yelled "Allah Akbar" when opening fire on the U.S. military personnel. He then dropped his gun at the scene, ran into the terminal and was subdued.
U.S. Air Force Europe spokeswoman Maj. Beverly Mock said all four victims were airmen. They were all based at the Lakenheath military base in Britain.
A military official in Europe says the airmen were going to be deployed to either Iraq or Afghanistan.
President Obama said he was "saddened and outraged" by the shooting.
The president says the U.S. will spare no effort in finding out how the "outrageous" act took place and will ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice. He called it a tragedy.

At the airport, taxi cab driver Salimi Seraidon said he was sitting at a stand about 200 yards away when the attack took place and said it was over quickly as police rushed onto the scene.
"We just heard the shots," he said.

Sad we can’t trust the American president to do so but I believe we can trust Angela Merkel to get to the bottom of this attack.

If we survive 2 years with the current people in charge it will be a miracle of Biblical proportions.
It’s sure looks like a terrorist attack. Only people yelling “Allah Akbar” are radical Muslims.

R.I.P. soldiers....the spineless little goat boinker of a man who did this will meet his maker one day and he will get his due. I hope he gets his due while in a jail cell as well.
The media seems to have adopted a rule that states: If the gunman acted alone it can’t possibly be called be a terrorist attack...got it?
Seems to me the first thing authorities should do is find out who this Allah dude is.
The murderer is 21 years old which means that he will most likely be tried under juvenile law. Juvenile law means 10 years max in progressive, human Germany but he will get less because he had a hard childhood (refuge in Germany). If he doesn’t kill another one in prison, he will be released after 2/3 of the time.
This guy will be out after six years and live well on social benefits. If he fathers a couple of children with some muslim breeding machine he will live even really well.
He can be prosecuted under US law. FBI is already investigating. Germany is following US legal standards. My guess is the defense attorneys are already filing papers to keep him in Germany and we and Germany are filing papers to get him shipped to the US.
They were airmen, not soldiers. Seems silly, but my guess is they would REALLY not like being called or remembered as “soldiers” any more than a soldier would want to be called a marine.
The sentiment still counts, though. They’ve been putting airmen in infantry roles on convoys with no training for years now.
