If it were up to me, I would take our military and bomb selected targets on the Somali coast - i.e. any ship in port that could be utilized by pirates should be destoryed. Wouldn’t that solve the Somali pirate problem? Wouldn’t the world be a much better, safer place?

That's a good idea. I would add armed drones firing on boats with armed occupants in the open sea.
