If I was Walker I would deputize like bounty hunters a band of ~100 tea party members to perform Citizen's arrests and get at least one (D) to cross the border back into WI where the State Cops could pick them up.

Hold the vote down at the pokey where the orange jumpsuited (D) finds himself, and have the Tea Party "Don't Tread on Me Flag" all over the walls in the background, and another banner placed behind the chair to which the (D) is hand cuffed which says "Fugitive Senators, we're comin' to get you next!"

Issue an Executive Order for the formal arrest of each of the others unless they willingly turn themselves in within 6 hours. Issue another Executive Order to the effect that if they fail to report after 2 weeks, their seats will be formally vacated and he will appoint senators to serve in their place in advance of special elections.

Sound like a plan?
