Figures that the leftist teachers union that is in violation of their contract would think it possible that others, such as the National Guard, would also be unprincipled and not do their duty.

Fumigate the teachers union and re-focus education back on ... education, otherwise pay teachers for the quality of their results, which in recent decades has been sharply declining, as American students are falling behind students in the old Eastern Europe Soviet Block, who spend a fraction on education that American tapayers are forced to pay.

I did some disaster relief work in Alabama and ran into a group of National Guard soldiers from North Carolina. The governor borrowed them and sent the unit to Tuskegee because he feared the local national Guard would not curtail the street violence
