DID Eric Fuller KNOW Jared Lougner ?
Shortly after the Giffords shooting, a composite sketch and a blurry photograph of a possible SECOND suspect was released to the media.
Is it possible that Eric Fuller was shot IN ERROR by Loughner and that Eric Fuller might have been that second suspect ?

Maybe this is the older male “person of interest” they were looking for right after the shooting. Maybe when it was discovered he was a rat, he was no longer interesting.

The victim has fear for his family and himself and the sheriff won’t take action unless he files the complaint. Any officer who witnessed the offense can go forward with the case. This is no different than a domestic violence victim who fears for safety.
