McCain should have retired 20 years ago.
McKennedy, eat some eggs and cheese, smoke some more cigarettes, how about some really good trans-fat filled cookies?
Can I interest you in a good, fatty steak?
Whatever - eat something and DIE!
What then does it say about the AZ electorate? Thx so much AZ voters for reupping this loser!
Openly gay "people" in the military can't work. What will change is the military itself; into a weird social experiment.
Told ya.
He let his wife and daughter do the homosexual’s dirty work on TV and in print ads, while he spouted lies.
I don’t disagree — but the situation is not McCain’s fault. He fought. He lost. He’s going to try to make the best of it to keep the military as functional as possible.

I for one, will never knuckle under to the fecal matter lover and anal lickers union. You can if you want.
I have been around him several times. The first time you see him next to his wife you have to wonder how he managed to get a hit on her. She is stunning and makes him look 200 years old.
McCain is in another world. Somewhat like many long time politicos in Washington are. They are just unable after a period of time to grasp reality. McCain is in a place of his own in this regard. His own little world where he knows that whatever he thinks or says is absolutely 100% without a doubt correct. I've been around McCain in Houston and Phoenix. When he was in Houston at an event he was the most arrogant SOB. He does not care what anyone else says. He listens to nobody and I firmly believe he is out of his mind. Clinically insane along the lines of a John Kerry who is a character from One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest.
Again, this nothing new when it comes to politicians. Most of them I have met are not normal. Take the new speaker for example, John Boehner, he has really been creeping me out. Especially with the gay crying garbage. Besides being creepy right off he acts like a child. I don't want my main guy sounding like Sally Field on Oscar night. "They like me, they really like me!" I want him to pull a sword and start hacking away. I want him to be bigger than life and tougher than Chris Christie stuck in a Prius with the heads of the NJ Teachers Union. Looks like what we have is Scott Tenorman crying in front of Radio Head. Screw that, give me Eric Cartman for speaker!
Sorry but I am so sick of the whole lot of these worthless pukes like McCain. Kick them all out of office!
How is exposing them to being disciplined if they say or do something offensive to homosexuals...rational?
How is dressing up anal sex into flowery civil rights language rational?
The Congressional committee has already said there will be “special training”, AND “special medical needs” that they must draw up for the military.
Is that rational?
Calling those who object irrational or bigots is just intimidation by the left. And Republicans are easily intimidated.
This is McCain position number three for the past year of so. In February, 2010, the news was that McCain had flipped from his position of supporting the repeal of DA/DT whenever top brass recommended, to a position of opposing repeal. Of course, this flip happened just after it was clear that J. D. Hayworth would be challenging him.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/02/02/AR2010020202588.html
So, during his reelection campaign, Juan was opposed to the repeal, but now that he’s lied and hoodwinked another six years out of the Arizona voters, he’s back to supporting the repeal, which was his position for three years before J. D. challenged him.
Now Juan has backed off his campaign rhetoric (lies) on immigration and DA/DT, so I expect he’ll be cozying back up to Lindsey and Joe for another go at cap and trade any day now.
It’s the law for now. It’s the obligation of every military office to make the law work.
Until repeal, this is the right thing to do.
Phrased that way, it fits all circumstances he is likely to encounter.
Maybe he should fellate a couple of sailors to really get in the spirit of the movement.
I neither stated, nor implied, that any of that was rational.
The part I found irrational was beating on John McCain about DADT when he was one of our most vocal advocates. He didn’t say he agreed with the policy, he said he would work within the law that was passed to make it work as well as possible. I find nothing objectionable in that statement.

Proof that the ballot box may not work. With Rs like this, we don't have a two party system.
You got that right.
