In my thoughts before going to bed, I forgot to mention a very plausible idea concerning Obambie’s birth.

Keep in mind that his mother was a radical hippie.
Radical Hippies do not go to hospitals to give birth.
They more likely give birth in the forest, or in the home of a midwife, or whatever.
Obozo obviously does not remember his birth, any more then the rest of us.
It would explain the reason for no birth certificate, other then the cheap walk-in and request.
It does not, however, explain the faults in the walk-in certificate, such as father’s race...African?..
It is something to think about, and to wonder why he has not used this as his excuse.

Legally, he was a Kenyan citizen as an adult, per Kenyan law until age 23. And Kenya had rights to declare him as Kenyan because of his fathers citizenship. So he was entitled to take advantage of any benefits designated for foreign students. He also carried the race card, and that would entitle the holder to even more benefits, and still does.
