I guess not—the hidden government - the behemoth of a bureaucracy that really runs our country will not give up the bidding of its masters.
Whole departments of the goverment need to be carved out and discarded into the dustbin of history ...soon before it’s too late.
The dire situation with sovereign debt should be used as the lever to eliminate large segments and agencies within the US Govt. which are “nice” but not necessary.
