The White House expressed confidence yesterday that ObamaCare will survive a federal judge's ruling that invalidates the law's health insurance mandate. But behind the optimistic facade, many liberals are worried that the current political climate could give the Supreme Court cover to strike down a key part of the law.

Oh no!

A law nobody wanted might be thrown out!

Say it isn’t so!

In my honest opinion, the so-called “education” that all of these Harvard, Yale and Princeton lawyers got is more than somewhat suspect, since anybody with half a brain instinctively knows that Obama’s Health Control measure is absolutely counter to what the constitution allows.

Let’s hope that this decision gives the GOP Congress inspiration to defund Obamacare during the period before it is declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

This court decision gives the GOP the best reason for defunding ObamaCare.

If the GOP fails to do it, then we need to do some major house cleaning in the GOP ranks in 2012.

The notion that the SC would want or need cover is disturbing.

Quite disturbing! Notice that the attribute of sneeking around under cover of darknes is ascribed to the Liberals, the very same group who gave us this under cover nightmare. Not to be out done by obama care, they have prepared another spending bill consisting of over 1900 pages which none has read. The cry now is to hurry up and pass it because time is running out.

Oh, they all knew perfectly well. It’s just that they all have CONTEMPT for our founding documents. The Ivy League Commies know better what’s good for us and the Constitution gets in the way. So, they push envelope, constantly expanding the powers of the Federal government, hopeful that enough radical left judges appointed by Carter and Clinton will help them in destroying our country.

But in this case, perhaps 5 Justices of the Supreme Court will ultimately turn back the attempted assault on our liberties and restore some balance between the federal government and the states.

Simple really.

The penumbra doctrine authorizes the federal government to bind us into slavery and/or kill us in the womb.

It’s sad they are so despicable; they would force this law on people that have shown many times they don’t want it.

The cry now is to hurry up and pass it because time is running out.

Obama and the Rats have been in hurry up offense since 1/20/2008.

They know their agenda is not popular with the American people and they made the most of it.

That the American people would vote to allow known radical leftist RATS to control the Legislative and Executive branches at the same time is reprehensible, and we see the result.

By “cover”, read protection from intense media attacks.

The “penumbra doctrine” is a myth.

The Second Amendment is reality.
