it’s a hard room

Yeah, when you fail to stick to the principles you claim for years and years to support you get the wrath. Too bad the electorate isn't equally "hard" on the elected elites at the ballot box.....

Matriarch Bush is probably the spider at the center of that family’s web, to be honest.

I am sick and tired of the Bushes. GW had his chance and failed to return the country to its founding principles. He was the answer to the wrong issues.

Well, on that we can agree.

Good for Laura not falling for his B.S. turning Palin’s remark into an attack on Babs Bush. Rove just turns my stomach.

Rove and the Bushes seem more consumed with defending their legacy than with what is so direly needed in the country.

Heraldic language is full of comedic possibilites here, isn’t it?

On a field rose upon a mound vert, a RINO passant fructed or.

Who is this, lol?

Rove says a lot of things I agree with but the fact of the matter is the mismanagement of the Bush presidiency brought discredit on conservatism and paved the way for Obama’s election. “Blue-Blooded” Republicanism has failed; it’s nothing more than a slower pace toward EuroSocialism. Sarah has neatly drawn the battle lines. Conservatives want fundamental change. Blue Bloods can get on the bus or get out of the way.

He’s still hacking out the “compassionate conservative” nonsense. He is completely out of touch with politics 2010.

I agree with you... I pray this woman does not win the nomination. I’ll vote for her over any dem, no doubt, and I do like her personally. As a spokesperson and public speaker I can’t tolerate her in the least.

Almost as if it were planned that way......

Karl go away... and take Newt with you.

Laura had both Tokyo Rove and Gingrich (separately) on her show yesterday. Why? Why are these people, who have already demonstrated their allegiance to RINOism, repeatedly being given a platform? Sean Hannity has become totally unwatchable by his inexplicable, repetitous guest list of dubious republicans (Dick Morris, Tokyo Rove and Newt Gingrich). Now Laura is following suit? Can somebody explain this?

Yesterday, at the beginning of her show, when she announced who her guests for that day would be, I emailed her to simply say when they (Rove, Gingrich) come on her show, the show would be shut off. Amazingly, later in the day, I received an email back (from someone on her staff) that I "missed them being grilled".

They completely missed the point. Rove and Gingrich should not be given a platform - period! They have already revealed that they are part of the problem and not part of the solution.

No... all three of those presented themselves as conservatives and when it became obvious that they were liars... we turned on them... it is that simple.

Sarah needs to stay above the snarkiness. The American public will not elect those who will participate in “cat fights”.

She needs to defend herself with class and dignity. Otherwise, we wonder is she does not have control.

This is the quote:

Is anyone going to run as a Bush Republican in 2012 and if so who?” Rove: “Every one of them is going to run as a Bush Republican by saying ‘I want to continue to fight the war on terror’ — with maybe one or two exceptions — and, ‘I want to continue the Bush tax cuts
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

This is your reply:

(with maybe one or two exceptions,)

Yes, the Reagan conservatives.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So Reagan Republicans are gonna fail to fight the war on terror and raise taxes?

These threads are meaningless now ...If someone is pissed off at Karl Rove they reply with a snarky anti-Rovism and it doesn’t matter whether it makes sense or not
