Every time some new 1984 law is passed people say that. When does it actually happen, and what does it mean?
We keep saying, "if one more thing happens", but we never get to that.
Those cretins in D.C. are laughing at us. We are outraged and we don't want any more control over our lives, and yet we never do anything to really stop all of this from happening.
I just keep thinking of the Jews on the trains. People always HOPE that they will get another chance at freedom, that the chipping away will stop before they need to do anything.
I just wonder, when is enough enough, and what will we really do about it? Everyone loves to type the cold dead hands mantra, but without a concerted effort, our government is more than big enough to stomp out individual fires.
Don't get me wrong, I don't have the answers either. At this point, I am just really, really worried that we will be angry all the way to the trains.
They will have to drag my dead body to the trains...because thats the only way I would ever get on one.
I am terrified of my own government, and REALLY fear for the future of my kids. And there is nothing I can do about it. People say make sure you call, make sure you vote. Well, we all have and we are still at this point.
I am quite close to unplugging and ignoring the whole mess. I spent three weeks while moving with no internet and no news. I was quite happy. If a true revolution begins, I'll be there. Other than that, I'll be out in the garden. I just can't read this crap anymore.
We are completely prepared and ready. Whatever happens at least we have done everything we can to give us the best shot at this mess.
The good news...the other side of this mess it is going to be a lot better.
Better not unplug...it is much better to be informed, knowledge is key.
