“By the way, the only thing I don’t like about Sarah Palin is that she tends TO YELL AT THE TEA PARTY RALLIES.”
Agreed... I’ll vote for her, as long as I don’t have to listen to her.
Salin Palim may be too authentic to take direction, but she just might benefit from some coaching in thi area.
Also, I also think she has pretty much won over the average man; she should brush up on her diction and syntax so she will be taken more seriously by the more (formally) educated crowd and foreign leaders. Folksy charm and back country syntax can make one sound simple-minded to many.
“And that check to Alaskan citizens? Sounds like welfare.”
Alaskans want more of it which is why Lisa won.
she tends TO YELL ....
Drives me crazy to hear preachers hoot & holler too!!
Why should anyone care what Peggy Noonan has to say?
She or the horse she rode in on.
How many time has she been governor or candidate for VP?
She needs to speak the way she writes.
I really like the writing style of Peggy Noonan. I actually read the exact piece Noonan wrote that is referenced in this article. I was enjoying a well written piece and actually thought Peggy was going to eat a small portion of crow and get behind Palin.
Then she pulled a Lucy/Charlie football moment. 'Nincompoop' because Palin had the nerve to define Reagan as an actor.
You know, regardless of your opinion of Palin’s fitness for the office (or lack of same), you have to absolutely adore her ability to drive the left absolutely bats**t crazy.
DefCon 4 ZOT alert.
The bureaucracy of the system is so bad that a good many canceled their future drilling plans in the State.
The main reason she quit being Governor was that the many nuisance lawsuits were bankrupting her. She wasn’t able to be effective as Governor, fight the lawsuits and survive on what the state of Alaska was paying her. Since leaving office, she has traveled the country, she wrote a book, became a contributor on FoxNews, took engagements as a speaker and has been a huge influence on politics in 2010.
You sure don’t know the details. Why don’t you do a search before you jump to conclusions
What conclusion did I jump to? The article says the taxes were raised.
BTTT
bttt
No, the frivolous lawsuits weren’t bankrupting her, but they were costing the government, meaning the Alaskan Taxpayers hundreds of thousand of dollars
Your welfare comment
The “don’t know the details” comment was attached to the raised taxes sentence.
