I have a passing knowledge of one such barbershop in the Orlando area. It is open late at night, with drug dealer type cars in the parking slots in front of it, and drug dealer types loitering about. Like various private social clubs Mafia crews frequent, these barbershops operate as gang headquarters but are purposely kept clean of drugs and other contraband.
