Monday night MSNBC will probably announce that every House and Senate seat is projected to go Republican, even the Senate seats not up this year.
That way, Chrissy can throw his hands up and laugh and say “What happened?” on Tuesday. “Where was the big Republican win?”
And Keith Olberman can drone on for forty minutes about how the fascists have been driven back.

Surely hope TX-17 is right, which would mean that Chet Edwards, Nancy Pelosi’s favorite Texan, would be retired at last.

The Poll results could be very entertaining or depressing depending on the outcome.
Let's hope it's the DummyRATS that are depressed.

NBC must be wrong. The libdems have been screaming that this is an anti-incumbent election not a repudiation of the radical left.

As many others have noted, NBC can afford to skew the polls Left up until a few days before the polls open. By then they have to move the predictions closer to reality so that they don’t get completely destroyed when their polls wind up off by 15 points.
By that time it is hoped the damage has already been done.
Conservatives never take a pass on going to the polls. Leftists, traditionally have.

Unlike most years races aren't tightening so much as Republican momentum is intensifying.

Last minute rallying call for the dems.

Never one’s to believe in the fundamental decency of Americans (even a lot of regular folk democrats), they’re overplaying their hand with ugly attacks.
They think they’re witty and smart, but the average Joe sees them as disgusting.

I second your motion. Broken glass conservatives, do your duty proudly.

Yes and get your fence sitting family and friends in the car with you.

They’re just late to the party and could only keep up the D rouse for so long. Most of those movements have been made by others a long, long time ago.
Denial is no longer a river that runs through Fort Lee (or wherever those losers broadcast from now).
To: Darkwolf377
Exactly. Build up false expectations. The Republicans will win every single seat. Then if they don’t, it’s a big repudiation.

I don't believe this is a case of building up false expectations.
I've observed in the past. It seems like the Media use these Polls to motivate their leftist allies, and to demotivate/discourage conservatives. As a consequence - their Polls can be pretty fictional -- right until the weekend before the election. At that point they need to tact towards reality - in order to maintain some degree of credibility after the election is completed. When people rate the Pollsters they only compare the election results to the last Poll - they don't compare it to the Polls in August, September, or early October. So the Media plays their propaganda games right up to the end - but their last Poll is intended to be accurate (they still can miss depending on turnout).
