I am voting for Mike Labno for US Senate for the 6 year term. We can’t have a left wing Republican prancing from show to show saying I’m a fiscal conservative and a social moderate.

I’ll consider voting for Kirk for the 8 weeks, if he does well he might be 2014 material to run against Durbin.

Dear “Socrates”

Liberals Are Counting on You To Get Fooled By Jim Jeffords-Style “Republicans” Again

A Reply by BillyBoy

This is a special reply to you, as I am a person living in the three states with special elections on the ballot November 2. The Republican nominees in those states, as you may know, are eager to be seated immediately, as they will have enormos clout in deciding whether the legislation proposed during a “lame duck” session will pass or fail.

I believe that RINOs are keeping quiet about their most unpopular schemes until they have a chance to do Obama’s bidding during a lame duck session.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those “stay home” Republicans who wants to “teach the GOP a lesson” or uses the RINO epitath against someone who calls people who agree with me 90% of the time. I fully support the Republican nominees in the other two states, namely Christine O’Donnell and John Raese. I have also supported numerous “moderate” Republicans that other conservatives have bitterly attacked, like Mike DeWine and Norm Coleman, because they were far better than the Democrat alternative. But as a lifelong Republican I do NOT and will never support the “Republican” nominee in my home state of Illinois — and there’s a very important reason for that.

We have history as a guide. Some things are obvious. Some things are clear. Some things are so painfully, unavoidably necessary to the Jeffords style Republicans (like basking in the glow of fawning coverage from the mainstream media) that they will be unable to stop themselves from giving the Democrats “bipartisan” support on every piece of major legislation, and therefore make it easier for the Democrats to gain support for their far-left extremist agenda than it would be for an openly liberal hack from their own party. It is therefore up to people like me, conservative Republicans of Illinois, to stop RINOs from giving Obama “bipartisan” support.

Since Jeffords-style Republicans like Mark Kirk have failed to oppose, block, or even speak out against major Democrat schemes in either the House or the Senate, it’s almost certain they will not do so in a lame duck session. They won’t do that because people like Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, and Mark Kirk want a Democrat budget, particularly, but because it will allow them certain conveniences and bargaining power if they help pass it with “bipartisan” support.

RINOs may wait for the results of the president’s bipartisan fiscal commission on Dec. 1. But that leaves November to pass a budget resolution and to get so-called “Republicans” on board. If you review Congressman Mark Kirk’s record in the House, you will discover he supported almost every item that Democrats would be likely to pursue in a lame duck session, including:

- Cap and Trade
- Government Bailouts
- Minimum Wage Hike
- Pork Barrell Spending
- Union-payoff “jobs bill”
- Funding for ACORN
- Charlie Rangel’s 50% bonus tax
- Millions in earmarks
- Endless extention of unemployment benefits, adding a new $10 billion expansion to budget deficit.

Notice something about all of those items? They’re all related to spending and taxation, quite ironic since Mark Kirk bills himself as a “fiscal conservative” yet voted with the Democrats on every one of those items.

Jeffords-style Republicans are unique, because they don’t play by the GOP norms of opposing far-left legislation that many Democrats won’t even support, even if the phones ring off the hook demanding they vote against it. That means they will provide “bipartisan” support for a bill no matter how horrible it is. And no matter how badly they vote, the party protects them as entrenched incumbents, so scumbags like Arlen Specter last decades. The pre-Kirk era U.S. Senate of Obama’s first term may be the last time for a generation, or perhaps ever, where destructive socialist policies were wholly placed at the feet of the Democrats where they belonged, and the media couldn’t spin those policies as being products of “Republican” officials as well.

The next session of Congress would be a time when they could quietly rejoice in the victory bought for them by so-called “Republicans”, slipping in a few of their most controversial agenda items. The urgency to sell Obama’s agenda as “moderate” and claim he’s “reaching out” to Republicans will be too much for conservatives to defeat it in the hearts and minds of the general public and wage a successful media campaign against it. “Republicans” like Mark Kirk will try to put in place the final items in their destruction of our Republic.

Though the situation is grim, there is hope. If left-wing scum like Mark Kirk can be defeated, those far-left bills will never get “Republican” approval. But here is the problem. There are are several conservatives who blindly vote “R”, no matter how bad the Republican nominee is. All they accomplish is electing Republicans who inflict more damage to the GOP than a Democrat Senator in that seat could ever dream of. I’m looking at you, Lisa Murkowski. I see you too, Mr. Specter of Pennsyvania.

We need two of three of the special elections — to get enough unified Republican support to hold off Obama’s minions. But we also must oppose “Republican” Mark Kirk in the third special election, because once he takes office, it will be 51 votes for the entire Marxist agenda to sail through Congress.

In Illinois, the choice is between the pathelogical lying socialist & Pelosi-suckup Mark Kirk (who is more liberal than many card-carrying Democrats, including Chicago machine Democrats), the corrupt Obama crony Alexi Giannoulias, the insane Green Party nominee LeAlan Jones, and the pro-limited government down-to-earth conservative-minded Libertarian, Mike Labno. The choice could not be clearer. Vote Labno.

So get out and vote. Tell your friends. Tell your coworkers and employees what’s at stake. If your church is pro-life, ask your pastor to do a GOTV sermon on the fact “Republican” Mark Kirk is so extreme on the issue he supports partial-birth abortion. Find a campaign and volunteer.

Our nation is counting on Illinoisans to never allow another Jim Jeffords Republican to set foot in the well on the U.S. Senate.

Most people in those states would have no idea of what a lame-duck session entails, as they are so uninformed.

I am voting in WVA. No democrat will get my vote, and everyone I have talked to with one exception is voting the same way.

Some additions to the list:

Lame-duck bills still out there:

Amnesty (’DREAM’ act)
Card Check (’Employee Free Choice Act’)
1% tax on every single transaction (HR 4646—“Tax Everything”—”Debt Free America” Act)
Global Warming (”American Power Act” or some variation of it)
National Service (HR5147 – “Universal National Service Act” [always put forward but not yet passed])
Gun ‘Control’ –(H.R.45 — “Blair Holt’s Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009”)

The Republican winners that will be seated immediately need to make a commercial together, making a pact, to kill lame-duck passage of such bills. And they need to show voter fraud testimonies and simply ask, Why Cheat if your cause is ‘Just’ and your mantra ‘hope and change’?
