Back in the mid 70’s my next door neighbor had a 2 yr old brother.
She would tell the kid “say the cuss word”. If he didn't say it she would slap him upside his head, if he did say it she would slap him upside his head.
I asked her why she hit the kid. She told me it didn't hurt him.
OK, getting slapped upside the head doesn't hurt.
Got it!
Next time she told the kid to say the cuss word, then slapped him upside his head, I reached over and jap slapped her upside her head.
When she came too, after about 20 to 30 seconds of being out like a light, she asked me why I hit her.
I told her it didn't hurt so I was going to hit her every time she hit the kid, we would find out who could take the most slaps upside the head, her or the kid.
She never hit the kid again in my presence.
Next they’ll be going to the ACLU claiming that it is their first amendment right to torment their neighbors.
