I had/have relatives who were/are so wedded to the democratic mindset that they’d have voted for Satan himself, even if they’d been promised a ticket straight to hell if they voted for him.

If Obama is as radioactive as he is now, there’s no chance he wins with his name at the top of the ticket.

That being the case, the dems will tell him to go now and that if he does, Hillary will pardon him if needs be ....

BUT IF they did that, they would be admitting that they deliberately defrauded the country, that they were lying all along and the Republicans were right all along.

Just can't see it happening that way.

It’s unreal isn’t it? I’m convinced that it is a mental illness. There is no other explanation. Well, there is the “spirtual” realm that we could discuss, but leaving that out, what else, other than a mental disease, could account for the stupidity?

Chicago Mafia vs. Little Rock Mafia. Could make the St. Valentine’s day massacre look like an Easter egg hunt.

Ford pardoned Nixon. Hillary would pardon Obama. If, however, he resigned due to ‘illness’, maybe the Republicans would just let things go and opt not to prosecute since even if they did, a pardon could come later.

I’m just saying that the dems might think that it was worth the risk to salvage anything that they can out of the disaster that they’ve made of the last few years.

Obama and Hillary don't differ much ideologically--both hardline leftists, Alinskyites, without any of the right experience to qualify either of them to be President. Their differences are mainly personal--both wanting to be the #1 person.

There are liberals out there who think that a Hillary for Biden switch would be wonderful (heard someone make that argument recently on C-SPAN)--whether it would actually gain any support from anyone who isn't dyed-in-the-wool liberal Democrat, is questionable.

If Obama thinks he can only win in 2012 he might be open to having Hillary as VP, taking the risk of being Arkancided (if she's unwilling to wait 4 years) rather than being defeated. But if his prospects are that poor in 2012, probably having Hillary on the ticket won't help--it wouldn't attract many independents and no Republicans other than perhaps a few RINOs.

Obama's best hope in 2012 is to repeat the Nixon people's strategy in 1972--see to it that any viable nominee for the other party gets destroyed during the primaries (like McGovern's rivals were).

Does anyone have the link for that ‘deep throat’ Democrat operative who’s supposed to have recently left the Obama WH but is obviously still close to the Clintons? In his third interview he predicted that Hillary would either challenge or take Biden’s spot, since she’s considering the former and has been offered the latter. His other predictions came through as well. I thought his second interview was particularly telling since he talked about Obama’s depression.

Anyway, he says the Clintons won’t decide until they see the results next month, but that someone else will come forward and publicly discuss some of the problems and disfunction with his WH before the 2010 election.

I have one link that mentions someone known as Ulsterman. http://www.larouchepac.com/node/15998 “Obama Reported To Suffer from Severe Depression
October 5, 2010 • 8:31AM” and another link that mentions Section 4 of the 25th Amendment that has to do with the incapacitation of of the president. That link is an article from today, “Is It Time To Invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment?” http://www.larouchepac.com/node/16007

I do not know how reliable the site linked is, but it does provide food for thought. The authors of the articles appear to think that democrats behind the scenes are considering drastic moves.

It was not Clinton's economy

You and I know that, but his supporters will never accept it. They'll go on thinking that all of those jobs created by the tech boom and Y2K wouldn't have been created if Clinton wasn't the President.

We need to have our answers to this ready for the Independents and undecideds.
