They ARE amazingly noisy.
We had a bag (Garden Salsa, yum!) in the house last week and ended up practically rolling in laughter over how loud it was ... my daughter started crinkling it every time someone was talking and you honestly could not hear what they were saying, even sitting at the same table.
I heard sales were down about 11% with the new bag. I’m not surprised. First I had trouble finding my favorite Garden Salsa Sun Chips when they first changed the bag. The new bag was annoying loud.
Thank goodness. I love them and my husband hates the bags. Now I won’t have to listen to him complain!!!
Maybe the eco thing to do is to stop eating crap and pretending it’s food.

Anyone remember when Fritos corn chip company also produced Tatos Potato chips?
Then they bought Lays and Tatos ceased to exist.
Why?
I don’t understand how a ‘compostable’ bag is more ‘eco-friendly’ than a regular bag. The eco-bag breaks down and releases CO2. Argghhhh! But the regular last-forever bag sequesters carbon for many many years. Isn’t that what the eco-nuts want??
I bought one of those “As Seen On TV” hearing devices that looks like a Bluebooth headset.
It made me crazy that I could hear my fingers picking up a piece of paper!
This stupid bag has been around as long as Obama, and just as annoying. At least with the private sector you can get rid of a noisy #*&@# bag...

LOL - we have 3 cats, they DO love bags ... but that dang Sun Chips bag scares them! they run away in terror*!!
(*they are pretty much wussy cats, only one of them has ever brought us a mouse)
Not that I bought many of them before, but when they started claiming that Sun Chips were carbon neutral, I decided to never buy them again.
That is the loudest packaging I have ever heard, well, except for empty half-pint milk cartons when you stamp on them.
Awww, envri-concience libturds...I guess the planet can wait AFTER all, cuz your snacks hurt your ears. Sacrificin’ is haaaaard. LOL.
