Dana Milbank Says Glenn Beck Is Dangerous

Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank on Sunday said conservative commentator Glenn Beck is dangerous.

Discussing his new book about Beck with Howard Kurtz on CNN's "Reliable Sources," Milbank said, "When a man is frequently talking about Hitler and Nazis, and then you see the Tea Party rally with the same quotations of Tea Parties and Nazis... you have to say, where does all this come from and why is it suddenly out in the open?"

This came moments after Milbank stated, "While you can't be blamed for any individual act, it is evidence that he is disseminating a very dangerous doctrine."

When Kurtz questioned him about whether or not he really believes this, Milbank responded, "I think it's been manifestly true that he's dangerous" (video follows with transcript and commentary):

While not a huge Beck fan, he is dangerous. Just like Rush, Levin, Savage, Prager, and the rest of them. THey are dangerous to the left's self esteem, power, and corruption.

Dana Milbank has no bearing or insight on anything intelligent. He is a lemming.

LOL Meanwhile, Special Ed Shultz openly declares war on the conservative forces of evil and he’s “mainstream”.

A nazi is a nazi whether his shirt is brown or purple. While I don’t agree with everything Beck has to say, his pointing out the totalitarian tendencies of the leftists/statists in this country is a public service.

BINGO!

They are dangerous because they speak politico-historical truth to the masses in a manner they can understand - VERY DANGEROUS for leftist globalist one-worlder elites and their agenda for America’s “future”.

I try to watch Beck whenever I can. The radio program is impossible for me to hear.

I simply do find it quite unlikely that has actually read all of the books that he speaks about so knowingly on the TV.

No Human could be that prolific of a reader, not in my experience.

Who exactly are the dangerous ones, politicians who act like Nazis or the people who try to warn us about those politicians?

They truly believe that anyone that opposes any part of their agenda is dangerous.

LOL...the left have far more in common with Nazi’s then anyone related to the Tea Party or Glenn Beck.

In fact it can be “manifestly” argued that the whole economic approach of the left is to clearly collapse the system and replace it with something else.

Weimar ringing any bells?

Yep. He’s dangerous to them like bug spray is dangerous to bugs. Their whining means we’re getting somewhere.

If you have no enemies, you’re not doing anything.

Actually I don’t believe Glenn has ever claimed to have read all the books discussed on his show. More often than not he has the actual writers on to discuss their books. He did two days with Dinesh DeSouza last week. On Friday he had John Bolton, Stewart Varney, and Daniel Hannon on the show.

The only time Beck or any of the tea party protestors mention National Socialism is to draw the analogy between their agenda and the Democrat Agenda. And if calling someone else a Nazi makes you a Nazi, then every liberal I ever met during the Bush administration is a Nazi.

Well, as I yawn, put dumbbell Dana Milbank under the category of Ruling Class.

Now most times us idiots out here in la-la land where we carry this country on our back let the Ruling Class sit on high that they may feel important. They are mostly harmless.

Then we all have common sense, which the Ruling class has none. So they don’t get it when us commoners decide the Ruling Class has had their fun.

Dana Milbank doesn’t have a clue....heh. He’s a laughingstock but hey, he thinks he’s part of the Ruling Class and he knows better than all of us.

The joke, yon ladies and gems of the Common Sense class, is on ole Dana the nothingburger.

Common Sense....only those of us carrying the country on our back, raising the next generation, leading this nation every day in a million ways in law abiding behavior from the highways to social interaction in public places....have this common sense thing.

It’s God’s gift to us fools who must keep things on in the manner of the universe. It keeps fools and knaves like bubblehead Dana Milbank from taking over the world.

"When a man is frequently talking about Hitler and Nazis

We watch Beck almost every day. It's evident enough from the above claim that Milbank does not.

Speed-reading is a learnable skill; while I’ve never learned it I used to be able to read a whole novel (350-400 pgs, or there abouts) in a day. {I’ve slowed down a bit, it took me two days to read a 500 page novel this last week.} My point is that reading is a skill and you CAN sharpen/practice/train it up to impressive levels.
