Given his experience as the "Dog Whisperer," Cesar Milan certainly knows how to keep four-legged friends in line. His major rule of dog training: Do not let the dog lead you.
"Americans who allow their dogs to walk them is one of his biggest peeves," CBS's Lesley Stahl said during her "Sunday Morning" profile of Milan. "If your dog doesn't learn how to follow, you'll never have a disciplined pet."

Poor rule. My dogs will pull on a leash on the rare occasions I walk them on a leash...so what? They know who is in charge, and they know I don’t care if they pull. If I’m jogging, then I LIKE their pulling me along...

Poor rule. My dogs will pull on a leash on the rare occasions I walk them on a leash...so what? They know who is in charge, and they know I don’t care if they pull. If I’m jogging, then I LIKE their pulling me along... Right, but Bo clearly dominates 0bama. 0bama has "ZERO" control over his dog.

Mr.Obama and family did not have a dog in their Chicago home nor at any other time in his life. The new dog from central casting does not have the slightest interest in Mr.Obama. Why should he; animals are well known for their instincts even while under calming medication drugs.

I also believe from reports that the (UUgh) Clintons’ do not have even the slightest interest in pets. What is wrong with these ?? people. Do they know something that y’all don’t know?
