I believe Beck wanted a ‘peaceful’ rally, not an ‘anti-anything’ demonstration. Every conservative Tea Party rally has left the surroundings clean after they left.
All those people at Becks Bring Back America rally probably had some food and drinks but you didn’t see litter on the ground.

Not the homemade signs which were the majority of what I saw at the 9/12/9 Tea Party Rally. Clean Mall, most signs kept-and those that were thrown out were conviently dumped in and by the actual trashcans/dumpsters!
