Obama is a semi-Kenyan. What does he know about Mexican history. Fact is the Pope “gave” the Spanish those territories. But the Spanish were holed up in far away Mexico City and had zero jurisdiction over Arizona, Texas etc. They had a claim alright but no power to enforce it.
