The cruelest punishment for any “celebrity” is simply to ignore them.

[ Speaking from a female perspective, me and all my friends “dabbled” into this crap.
So what. Remember the “light as a feather, stiff as a board”...and the ouiji board? Young peeps dabble into things they shouldn’t. I’m sure NO ONE here has “dabbled” into something they shouldn’t have as a youngster. ]

I dabbled a bit with it in high school, I put a hex on the solution of acetic acid to try to make it not re-act with sodium hydroxide. As I poured the aceitic acid into the fake volcano made out of modeling clay it reacted despite the Hex I put on it. I then threw out whitchcraft as an ineffective practice. No results, no use for it.

Rove has been hired to defend the country club Republicans.

[ First - I love that song. :)

Second - I want to know if she dabbled enough to put a hex on Rove? I’ll pay for her services. ;) ]

If Whitchcraft actually worked everyone would be conjuring up stuff to make their lives easier all of the time and life would be more like that Avatar cartoon (not the crappy movie) or Harry Potter than current real life.

Karl Rove has done more for O’Donnell than the World could imagine. He still has my respect.

Anyone here ever do something stupid as a young person that they regretted later? Anyone here ever hear anything about Bill Mahr having done that is stupid?

Karl Rove, political mastermind for former President Bush, said Sunday that Christine O'Donnell, the Tea Party insurgent who won an upset victory in Delaware for the GOP Senate nomination, "can't simply ignore" the controversy stirred over the disclosure that she "dabbled in witchcraft" and has to find a way to "explain it and put it in its most sympathetic light and move on."

I wonder if Karl Rove jumped on Palin with both feet as he is doing to O'Donnell. I wish he would address substance instead worrying about what clothes she is wearing or what she thought when she was no more than 18 years old. I, myself, considered being an atheist but gave it up because there were no holidays.

Karl, please focus on substance. Otherwise you are too much like the Democrats.

Rove needs to demand that Coons explain his self-described Marxism.

Sheesh.. What the hell has gotten into Rove?

You know I’m really REALLY getting tired of conservatives getting continually beat up on things that liberals get away with and even cheered for on a regular basis. To have another ‘Republican’ join the never ending criticisms makes me want to hurl.

Last time I checked Tokyo Rove, there is freedom of religion in this country. While I would never personally dabble in witchcraft or approve of such behavior, the constitution allows even a practicing Wiccan to run for office, let alone someone who merely dabbled in it in their youth. In fact most wiccans today actively pursue your statist agenda so I’d think O’Donnell ‘dabbling’ in it would be a positive for you and your fellow establishment cronies.

Wicca is no where near as dangerous to this country as Islam is — yet I don’t hear Rove yelling about Obama’s muslem past now do we???? HEY ROVE! ISN’T OBAMA’S DABBLING IN ISLAM IMPORTANT?????? NO! You gave that one a pass in 2008 and in 2010 attack another Republican for far less you *#(*@()#$)*!

I do hope, at the very least, that the Coons campaign has been discrete to pay him off in unmarked, non-sequential bills.

Well...that makes it official. She should completely ignore the trumped up controversy. If there’s any question about what to do Christine, just do the opposite of what the Rinos advise.

I agree with you. She should complete ignore this. They are trying to draw her into a battle over whether or not she is crazy. The moment she responds she is toast because she is fighting their battle.

She should recognize that this is desperation tactics from her enemies, and Rove has allied himself with the enemy on this one, we can only wonder what he's getting on the backside for an O'Donnell loss.

She must not let herself be drawn into this fight. Every moment she defends herself on this stuff she shrinks. Every moment she ignores it she gets bigger and the Roves and the Obamists shrink. Rove has yet to say a word about her opponent's marxism. He has chosen his side and its the dark side.
