I’d reorder the words in the title to: “Americans debate Muslim’s loyalty to America”. Maybe that’s not necessary—the debate should be over. “By their fruits shall ye know them,” as it were.

Maybe. Remember that the Left has their pet victims. Leftists hate capitalism; some of my professors were visibly PLEASED on 9/11, watching those towers fall. But if terrorists took out a section of San Francisco? There would be a reaction. (I hope.)

Yes, there’d be a reaction. More free scholarships for Wahabist Muslims, grant money for more Mosques and a crackdown on anyone critical of Islam. Even Berkley professors would accept it as indicating they haven’t been “understanding” and “accepting” enough of Islam.
You may be right. It’s hard to tell exactly what the victim hierarchy is for lefties, but so far it does kinda look like Muslims are at the top of their food chain.
