There’s always exceptions. Just like hitting a deer or a dog. Usually they go under or up and over. But sometimes they go into a window and take your head off. The thing is, a motorcyclists is a much better driver than people that don’t ride. When a bike and a car collide, 9 times out of 10 it is the car’s fault. Bikers generally don’t make many mistakes.
They appear to be from misapprenensions and ignorance rather than being lies. Actually an Aspencade at 90mph is rather like an artillery shell when it hits a small car that might not weigh much more than the bike. I put 20k-30k miles on bikes for 26 years before I had to get off and I know well that a motorcycle can be deadly to people in cars.

Wrong, velocity will overcome mass. I have seen some horific crashes involving donor cycles and vehicles.

I often see a couple on a sport bike, sneakers, cutoffs, tanktops no helmets...and then he pulls a wheelie in traffic or on the highway.

You might put together a circumstantial case based on design of the full face helmet via possession but you still have reasonable doubt.
