We need to deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens, including their anchor babies, seal/secure the border with a wall and armed troops and have an armed response to those who try to re-enter illegally.
Deport them all.

I read somewhere that 60,000 “anchor babies” were born in Texas last year...11,000 at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. I’m assuming Parkland is a charity hospital these days.

You know there’s this thing called the Thirteenth Amendment which, contrary to popular belief, did NOT completely abolish slavery/involuntary-servitude:
“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”
So, I’d bet that making the penalty of being in the US illegally being the greater of one-year slavery/servitude or the same amount of time as the offender has been illegally in the US.
Imagine the amount of “self deportation” such a policy, with aggressive prosecution, would generate.
But, I’d actually rather see the military/militia allowed to use deadly force on illegal border-crossers. Once it becomes PERSONALLY costly to the violators of our border the flow will DRAMATICALLY drop.

The ONLY thing that can turn this country around is to abolish the Department of Education, and fire EVERY teacher.
They then will be first in line for new hires....under a new contract....IF THEY PASS A WRITTEN TEST!

I’m all for ending the anchor baby syndrome, but it won’t work unless our conniving Congress also passes a law that ends all hopes of citizenship for people who enter this country illegally. Otherwise, we will have an anchor baby law that is completely negated by one amnesty after another.
Those politicians who advocate a constitutional amendment are really aware that it is very unlikely to happen. They make this suggestion as cover for inaction in enforcing current law. Bottom line - If illegals aren’t allowed to be here, there will be no problem with anchor babies.
This is the Mexican notion of intimidation. Art Torres, the head of the California Democratic Party, once said "we may not be able to overcome you, but we will overwhelm you".
It's thug intimidation designed to make you feel that resistance is futile.
So don't feel that way. Just say, "wow. thanks for pointing out how bad the problem is. We really have to do something NOW".
Logic like that, of course, escapes them.

American Idol’s “Fantasia” got caught red handed and it will COST her. I have never watched the show but with WHORES like that one, I have no desire to start.
A friend of mine in Midland/Odessa is a nurse and nursing instructor at the college....e-mailed me that you wouldn’t believe the number of 10yr. and 11yr. old illegals that are giving birth, impregnated by their grandfathers.
