Any visitor or immigrant entering the United States should be handed a brochure explaining the natural rights of all adult indvididuals that are automatically recognized when they step onto U.S. soil. This should include a short discussion of how this applies to women and children. Perhaps they will think twice when it is made clear that they cannot bring along with them old beliefs and practices contrary to these rights.
