Sarah Palin may be a popular pick for Republicans in 2012, but the former Alaska Gov. is staying cagey on her presidential plans.

"I've never committed to running for president," Palin said on Fox News Sunday. "That's not where my focus is."

Instead, Palin says she is devoting her attention to getting Republicans back in office this fall.

She could always buy a spread in Guyana and populate it with freepers.

Thank God - I like Mrs Plain’s politics for the most part but she is not ready to be POTUS/CinC - I've always hoped her ego / intellect was big enough to accept and see this (at the current time).

I’m sure they’ll be ready to endorse the real conservatives come 2012. And you?

My feelings on Sarah is that I think she could be good as head of the RNC. The thing is a POTUS in many ways needs to put partisanship above them, it’s really not good for a “bulldog” to be President, but as the head of the party, it’s a much better fit for Sarah. The President should be “good cop” to the party chairman’s “bad cop.”

Reagan knew how to reach out to Democrats and get them on his side when it mattered, I’m not convinced that Sarah can do that, as polarizing as she is.

Maybe Duncan Hunter can double his performance from 2008 and get TWO delegates.

First, if she sees a realistic way to make a run in 2012, she’s going. Bet on it.

Second, if Jonestown Massacre references are the best “argument” you have left...that’s just sad.

Yeah, and maybe another three headed RINO can be front runner start to finish. You just never know.
