Obamacare is unconstitutional! It violates Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution since regulating health care is not specifically listed as an enumerated power! The people are not bound to comply with an unconstitutional act! It is up to the people to defend the Constitution against this marxist regime with open defiance!
