If this story causes a lot of mis-guided people to stop worshipping Saint Albert of Global Warming, it's a good thing.
See?????? It is concepts such as this that make me wonder about the veracity of this event, and the reason it is in the public eye, at this time.
Of course she would have Al Gore's DNA all over her clothing. She was giving him a MASSAGE.
Now, if you refer to semen stains, that is another story. If this woman was being forced and didn't want to give Al a 'happy ending', I doubt very much semen stains could even be an issue.
I admit I haven't yet read the whole DEPOSITION, so maybe I am not aware of something you are.
I just think that the idea that DNA on her clothing would prove him guilty of any and all claims is ridiculous.
She had a professional relationship with the upscale hotel, and was quite afraid for her own security if she blew the stack!!!

Back when DARPA needed high speed connection between military and private technical sources (Universities, etc.) they established some of the principal methodology for such 'connections'. blah,blah,blah... things expand, as they always do, TYMNET, TELENET, blah,blah,blah, backbones, major routes, packets, packet-swtiching, servers, underground servers, encrypted-isolated servers, blah,blah,blah .
Back in the initial stages of this, Al Gore was at a meeting where the funding was being approved for these projects and Knet Knusson knocked appeared at the door. Al looked up and said, ENTER KNETT.
Well, you know the rest of the story.
I was playing the devil’s advocate, in a sense, in earlier posts. It’s just because I’m skeptical.
I can imagine a professional masseuse (spelled it right that time) being on call at a hotel for executives and politicians. I think staying at a ritzy hotel and having someone show up when you are at the end of a long and tiring day, to give you a nice deep backrub, so that you will feel refreshed and at the top of your performance the next morning is a very understandable and desirable thing. (damn, that was a long sentence).
I understand and can accept the woman’s horror at Al wanting a Saigon Hooker Massage, and her embarrassment and refusal to place charges as being damaging to her career.
Why she brings it up now, and what she wants, is not clear yet to me. Maybe I don’t know enough about the details.
I’ve really been monitoring the ROVCAMS on the spill more than anything else. I’ll try to read her depostion, maybe it’s a clue.
Maybe.
Maybe Al thinks all women are whores, especially when he is in the mood. Maybe he thinks that 'little people' should prostrate themselves at his feet and worship him. Maybe he thinks any woman he pays to be around him must do 'whatever he desires'.
So Al got someone who was only there to give a massage and he wanted more.

I am pretty busy responding to comments on the thread, and am really enjoying the conversations and excellent comments of fellow Freepers, such as you two.
Besides, we had a meeting (you must have missed it) where it was decided that it was OK to form judgments, and spew mindless dribble on a thread, based only on the title, or the first few lines of the excerpt. Opinions outweigh facts anyway, so what the hey?

I ask this because it is not obvious to me how this could happen if she wasn't playing along, or felt as if saying no to this powerful a politician was a good way to get suicided.
