Since when did a foreign country get standing in US federal court?

Since the moment a Kenyan usurper occupied the White House.

Un-effing-believable.

The unmitigated gall and outrageous temerity of the Mexican government telling us to not enforce our own laws.

The illegal immigration lobby is squealing like stuck pigs. The Arizona law must have struck true!

The amount of money that the illegals send home via money order or wire transfer is somewhere around $10 billion a year(depending on who you talk to), one of the largest sources of revenue for Mexico.

The Mexican Gov sees the end in sight if AZ enforces the new law. It will get worse if AZ sees unemployment drop and outlays like health and emergency services drop. It can only snowball from there. The Dems see all those potential voters first leaving AZ then whatever states that follow suit to the point of the illegals finally SELF-DEPORTING! Yeah, the stakes are high.

“Any American going to Mexico needs to have their head examined. I lived in San Diego for six months last year and heard story after story of Americans being arrested, beat up and murdered in Mexico for the high crime of being a Gingo.

This is a sewer of a country and there is no way on God’s green earth that we treat Mexican worse in this country than they treat us south of the border. “

The ironic thing is that the corrupt Mexican Government is being ran by White Spaniards who are more lilly white than 90% of the “Gringos” in this country.

During the Bush Boom, the same people were insisting that Arizona needed illegal immigrants because the state’s unemployment was so low.

I’m sure there are many governments around the world that would laugh, then throw the paperwork into the trash. Or should do.

Has the world gone mad? Are we really, as a nation, so PC'd to death that we cannot even acknowledge that being an American citizen has meaning?

Un-stinkin-real......

Especially in light of MEXICO’s immigration policies.

The Mexican solution
http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/gaffney/060403

And what concern, exactly, is it of Mexico’s how we treat illegals? Are they afraid that they won’t have any where to dump their undesirables? You know, all those poor people who are just looking for a better life for themselves? Like the drug dealers, rapists, murders, gang members, etc?

CLOSE THE STINKING BORDER NOW!!!!!!!!!

And tell Mexico to mind its own blankety-blank business.

>> How is it that Mexico “has standing” to even file in a U.S. Federal court???

Half of the US Congress stood up and applauded Calderon as he blasted the Conservative view of immigration. There’s your “standing”.

I knew this was coming.

For years now, I have been saying that the logical endpoint of American civil rights laws and Mexican aggressiveness would be that Mexico would sue the U.S. to overturn its immigration laws as "discriminatory" based on race or nationality. If you follow the rhetoric to its logical conclusion, that is where you end up.

So essentially Mexico is asserting the right to nullify a law of the United States (in particular, a State of the United States) which defines its boundaries.

No such right of a foreign nation exists within American law. But of course they will pursue it as long as weakling judges let them: because that is what they are looking for, weakness. The Mexican thugs will understand: strength is all they do understand.

Brewer should exercise her power as a State Governor and call out her troops for defense of her borders. She has every right to, and does not need Federal permission.

Let what must happen, happen. It's the only way now to save the United States.

Pull back, and the U.S. ceases to exist.

"A nation without borders is not a nation"

Sorta self evident, huh?

The Mexican government are a bunch of hypocrites!

Look at their own treatment of illegal aliens in Mexico - how dare those scumbags tell us how to treat illegal aliens in our own country.

If they focus on cleaning up the corruption and crime in Mexico, less people would want to come here.

We need to treat illegals the same as the Mexican government treats illegals there.

How about a counter-suit for damages? Arizona ask Mexico for its share of those billions lost, and name POS-POTUS as a co-defendant?

How about a counter-suit for damages?

I have said it before: Charge the Mexican government $2,000/month for every illegal! After a while, you will be able to hear shots in the night by Mexican federales protecting OUR border from Mexicans crossing illegally.

All in all, change the Mex Gov's asset into a liability.
