Hopefully U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman is more knowledgable on the law than Obama and has more common sense.

This ban should be lifted but it is going to take a judge with guts to stand up to the powers that be much like the governors of Arizona and New Jersey are. We need a lot more like em!

Until people say that he had done everything that he thinks is appropriate, for their safety, he doesnt want to move forward,
One can only note that it’s “until people say that he
had done everything”, not until he has done everything!

Who appointed Martin Feldman? It shouldn’t matter but you had better believe it does.
To: Combat_Liberalism
You’re correct. He was appointed by none other than President Ronald Reagan and he was a JAG officer, there is hope.

There is some hope...Feldman was nominated by Ronald Reagan, so hopefully he’s not a flaming liberal.

I’d bet that crosses Zer0’s mind a lot, what little there is of it.

Good. Go to court and throw out that 0bama diktat. I am in favor of a one month moratorium and A-Z reassessments & inspections at the most. This would give the lazy ass Feds enough time to check out all deep water rigs...On an accelerated basis. Cancel some vacations. Bring in some retired fellows who know the job. Make those Feds work for their money
Flushing millions and billions in oil wealth down the rat hole is nutty except to the eco-wackos. Hundreds of thousands of jobs are at stake

What you’ve outlined is exactly what a sane and patriotic president would have done and no court cases would have been necessary, throw the anti-American bum out is correct.

Awesome. Reagan appointee? We’ll see how this goes. Dare he stand up to the Little Dictator?

Dare he stand up to the Little Dictator?I would think he just may with his military JAG background, especially if Zer0 over stepped his legal authority. I sure am looking forward to Zer0's reaction if this judge shoots him down. :)

nobama’s number one priority, even above golf and basketball is to destroy the US economy. The drilling moratorium, not temporarily lifting the Jones act, and not immediately taking advantage of offered foreign help are just three more steps towards accomplishing his goal.
Watch him carefully. Virtually everything he does is in accomplishment of this goal.
