Please, don’t put words in my mouth that arent there.
A 16 y/o girl on a solo round the world trip in a small boat isnt a child lost, or a cat up a tree, or a lightning struck tree.
It should be required that a bond be put up to guarantee the cost of finding these folks that go off on these risky ventures.
Now you can exagerate my opinion till hell freeze’s over, but the fact is when people desire to do these things it should not be at the cost to others to indemnify their dreams.
