The judicial system has become very flawed to even imagine that citizens have no standing for these sort of lawsuits. We are supposedly founded on the Principle of "Redress of Grievances", and that was a cornerstone issue that led to the Revolutionary War.

So?....What is the percent of voters that vote in any primary election? In my state it is often less than 10%.

What those 372,490 votes mean is that there are a **lot** of people who did not choose to vote who feel the same.

While Taitz was handily beaten, 25% is not what I would call “fringe” either. I’m not sure how that will impact the November election with respects to Obozo, though. He’s not on the ballot.

I agree. It isn't “fringe”.

25% is significant and the Democrats would be foolish to dismiss Obama’s eligibility as an issue. Likely there were many who voted for Orly's opponent(s) who have questions about Obama’s natural born status but voted against Orly for reasons utterly unrelated to Obama’s eligibility.

I’m still unclear on how that impacts the 2010 election. I have little hope that the birth certificate issue is going to make any difference. However, the WH’s attempts to buy off politicians in order to get them to drop out of races? That might have some teeth. In order to take that where it needs to go, though, we need a major GOP victory in the house and senate in November.
