I feel the 2A is the most important step as it re-asserts the relationship between the citizen and government, not citizen and game animal, as so many wrongly understand.

I fail to see the distinction.

That's one anti-gun outfit down.

All that has to happen now is to get rid of the Congress, the Supreme Court, every State North of the Mason-Dixon Line, California, Washington and Oregon.

Say it ain't so, Shooter.

Just got my Castle Doctrine request for donation from the NRA which was very well intended and gave the limits on liablity that a 'defender' might face in it's absence.

Man, never thought a perp's family could force you to spend thousands to defend yourself in court.

The NRA could lead the charge to defend the 2A at a time when more people are coming to terms with the notion that a firearm isn't such a bad thing to have around- especially when you need it.

My membership comes up every three years and I pay it. Not because they'll tip the scales, but because their presence gives more weight to the argument against a national disgrace which is: the disarming of individuals by states who, if the Constitution were supreme, wouldn't stand a chance in court.

With this most recent letter, they seem to be taking the issue to the states who are getting away with murder, literally. This is a welcomed change and I stand with them in this regard.

Nice news, but people like Bloomberg have tons of money on their pet gun control organizations. The fight ain’t over yet.

Sorry, did not mean to desecrate the name of your good city with this slimeball. I knew it was somewhere in Indiana...

An important event to end GCA 1668 was in 1995 when Governor George W. Bush signed the Texas concealed carry bill into law. Since then about three score states have approved concealed carry laws. Take that Lyndon Banes Johnson (a so called Texan(..
