15 year olds should not be preyed upon by 54 year old perverts. Yes, the boy is an innocent victim. Boys that age are generally less mature than girls, mentally and physically.
This is very sad.

If you think an adolescent boy being molested by a homosexual in his 50’s is not a victim, maybe you’d like to lower the age of consent - what is a good age for consent, in your opinion? Since 15 is fine, how about 14, or 12?
