I believe it is some of both.
I believe negligence caused an accident.
I believe O followed Rahm’s “never let a good crisis go to waste” and willfully allowed the oil to do as much damage as possible, and will continue with it destroying the beautiful gulf beaches maybe sparing FL since FL voted blue in 2008 (I cannot stress that enough as I’ve mentioned it in a number of posts in the past 2 weeks).
He is very much a “carrot and stick” president and proudly uses both in a very “in your face” manner!
That’s so horrible about the beaches and personally I’m just sick about the wildlife and marshes. Down here (southern AZ), the cartels and “legal residents” are shooting us left and right ... not even safe to use any of our public lands anymore.
Sure happy to have the govt in charge....
We better hear about some states rights lawsuits from some conservative very rich lawyers on behalf of Alaska. I don’t see how state-based commerce can be regulated by federal...this can’t hold up under SCOTUS, but it has to get there to rule on it. We’ll see if Palin is willing to risk it.
