At the same time, I gotta ask...was it really necessary for the city to require the removal of the original set up simply because the contractor filed the wrong permit? You'd think they could have given them a window of a few days to correct the problem, or at least hold a variance hearing.
It used to be that veterans would meet with deference almost anywhere in the USA.
